Energy Healing

Energy Healing, at its foundation, is a gentle approach that aims to help establish a healthy flow of subtle energy fields throughout the body, through the auric biofield, chakras and meridian energy channels. Imbalances or blockages in these energy fields can influence physical, emotional, mental and spiritual well-being. Energy medicine aims to restore a stable flow of energy to these interconnected systems, enhancing the body's natural healing processes.

This category includes reiki, shamanic healing and other energy healing techniques that are unique to the practitioner.

  • This Vibrational Harmony Session weaves together a variety of energy healing techniques to charge the areas low on voltage while relaxing into the restful parasympathetic nervous system.

    In this session:

    • Tuning fork therapy scans and smooths the biofield as well as on meridians to stimulate energy points.

    • Reiki energy healing brings power and balance into the chakra vortex points, allowing blockages to move and energy to flow freely (impacting all areas of life).

    • A crystal bowl soundbath rounds out the experience, with soothing frequencies to bring every cell into harmony.

  • Quantum Energy Therapy is a gentle, body-centered energy medicine session that supports the release of emotional and physical stress held in the body, including both conscious and unconscious trauma. After a 2+ year healing journey where I endured chronic pain and intense anxiety, I found modalities that were most beneficial to help connect me back to myself and spirit. Reiki has been so powerful yet gentle in my own healing, it prompted me to get attuned so I may offer it to others.

    I use gentle touch on various places along the body that help allow you to relax and receive. The treatment is done on a massage table with you fully clothed, and is deeply healing and nourishing.

  • The ancient art of Reiki is for anyone who wants to experience more clarity, balance, heightened intuition and inner calm and direction.  As an Usui Reiki Master, I work with Reiki energy and symbols to tune into your body's innate healing knowledge, clearing and balancing each of the major chakras (energy vortexes of the body).
