The Grandmother Council
The Grandmother Council of Nevada County is a circle of wise elder women, walking the Beauty Way in quiet devotion to the wellbeing of all life, for the next seven generations.
They offer presence and guidance to the community through one-on-one counsel and mediation rooted in spiritual insight to restore harmony.
Through our Fireside Storytelling Gatherings, they help us remember that wisdom is meant to be shared, carried in the heart, and passed from one generation to the next through story.
Claire
Claire comes to The Grandmothers Council as a grand receiver of stories. Her deepest wish is the wholeness of all beings, which she shares; is cultivated through true listening and navigating relating to each other with deep empathetic resonance, and allowing the richness of stories shared among open hearts to heal humanity.
Claire is a women's health specialist with a background in anthroposophic medicine, she has also studied in herbal medicine, massage therapy, and acupuncture. She urges our acknowledgment of the anthropocene era we are now in, where humans hold a high level of influence to alter the earth, and that we must do so intentionally, with care.
Claire joins The Grandmothers Council to support the balancing of sharing and receiving stories, and to build bridges of cross generational connection, to minimize isolation across all people and stages of life. She has many stories to share with you.
Shan
Shan Kendall is a hand tinker artist who engages in a wide variety of fiber arts, she is deeply familiar with the connection between our hands and our brain, seeing fiber arts and other modalities that engage our hands in presence and high level tinkering, as a foundational way that develops the brain and joins the two hemispheres together, which among many other benefits, develops our critical thinking skills.
She has also studied herbology, energy modalities, and nutrition. One of her joys in life is sharing her accumulated wisdom from an intuitive heart centered space, in a way that turns her stories into deep medicine for others.
CoraLuz
CoraLuz aka Dr. April Bolding, is a visionary and light ambassador pollinating the new earth.
She joins The Grandmothers Council to reintroduce multigenerational dialog, support, and healthy interdependence between the generations of our communal body.
CoraLuz is a physical therapist and also offers wise guidance sessions, and ascension doula work. She is a believer in entering the deep silence of contemplation to connect with the godself and find deeper aspects of who we really are.

Cathė
Cathè Fish is a community activist, retired commercial pilot flight instructor, retired master gardener of 37 years, and ongoing permaculture professional for 38 years now.
She is supporting work to reestablish rights, take back freedom from the dark entities of this world, and connect people to the earth in a sustainable way. She offers past life regression sessions, house and land hardening classes for fire protection, land restoration counseling, as well as land consults for sustainable and gentle relations with the earth.
Cathè believes deeply in the connection of community supporting each other through difficulties, as we are not meant to do this life alone.
Kalita
Kalita Ma is a priestess of Isis - the guide of ten thousand faces who honors all ways to spirit. Kalita Ma is an earth based visionary who has steeped in woman's blood mysteries and has been deeply moved through the spiritual task of organic farming, which she's been engaged with for 50 years, and has been a force in forming and evolving the organic food system of California.
She reveres the potency of lived stories that have been refined and clarified, which allows the teachings and medicine of the story to shine through. She moves through life as a conduit for what is ready to be brought through and is here to assist in the creation of the new earth.
Her message to the youth of today is to have hope: “We are going through a birth canal…we are in the chaos, but we don't have to be in the fear…out of the chaos, something beautiful will come, if we focus our eyes towards looking for that beauty.”
Kalita Ma is available for a variety of services including, mediation, spiritual counseling, organic farming + gardening mentorship, initiation ritual work, and mentorship for energetic healing skills.
Lily
Grandmother Lily Pantheion, AKA, Lily Whitesnake Cypres Eagle, is a carrier of ancient natural shamanism and walks with one foot on the earth and one foot in the spirit realm. She has become a luminary of truth, love, and courage, and is helping guide the earth, its people, and all future generations, into deep emotional wellness, through cultivating balance and clarity.
Lily holds a deep array of modalities and skills that she has developed and practiced over decades of studies and work across Hawaii, Peru, Costa Rica, and California. Blending Jungian psychology of the conscious, subconscious, and unconscious mind, together, with deep shamanic and energetic work, her deepest advocacy is for wholeness and balance, both with the individual, as well as with the planet.
Lily offers a variety of services, including soul retrieval, past life regression, chakra work and clearing, mediumship, death doula work, spiritual counseling, shamanistic mentorship, and is able to guide individuals into activating their clairsenses, and intuition, as well as into connection with their individual spirit mentor.
Starlit
Starlit Kompost is a revolutionary off-grid earthling who has built and is stewarding a multi-generational primitive-technology village on the ridge. To minimize pollution impact on the planet, the focus of the village is to practice efficient and sustainable living.
She is an ancient calendar enthusiast, blending together 14 modalities, including numerology, herbology, and mythology, to tap into the energy of the day and the story of one's life.
Her deepest desire is that we live close to the earth, and she encourages those around her to spend more time in nature. Starlit holds containers for vision quests and is also available for teaching the primitive skills of felting, spinning, fire making, and basketry.
