  • I offer Coaching for Men who are looking to regain confident momentum in their lives.

    I have a full-body, holistic approach that considers all aspects of a clients life & how these factors interrelate.

    I guide my clients to implement somatic awareness & mindfulness practices to tune into the innate intelligence of their body in understanding what might be blocking them from experiencing the life they truly desire.

    Through structured accountability & weekly sessions, my goal is to help my clients achieve results that they might not have known were possible prior to working together. 

    My areas of specialty include, but are not limited to: relationship, intimacy, polarity, embodying healthy masculinity, nervous system regulation, leadership, career challenges, business strategy, & overall health.

    I've also recently enrolled in a yearlong training focusing on Men's sexuality & I plan to incorporate what I learn in this training to help my clients to harness & work with life force energy to achieve their goals & beyond.

  • I facilitate a variety of mens work including weekly mens circles, fatherhood support groups, mens retreats, purpose guiding and sacred masculine embodiment practices.

    These spaces are designed to support authenticity, accountability, and meaningful connection among men.

    I also offer ceremonial grounding and energetic support for events or rituals honoring the sacred feminine. In these contexts, my role is typically one of subtle presence and energetic holding rather than direct facilitation.
